All creatives are familiar with the concept of being “in the zone”. This is a process where the energy is aligned perfectly and the creative juices are flowing and you’re producing your purest content. Unfortunately, like any professional athlete (yes, I’m calling musicians athletes), it takes practice and conditioning to access that zone quickly and regularly.
